This is an invitation to join a women's spiritual/personal growth group that will focus on developing positive, life-enhancing tools for mind, body, and spirit. If you are a woman who wants to connect more deeply with yourself and others, who recognizes that she is continually in the process of becoming who she authentically is, who wants to learn how to take pro-active steps in her life to create the life she desires, who is willing to grow beyond old constrictions, and who wants to both encourage and be encouraged by others who share the same goals, then this is the group for you!

Topics such as healthy emotional living, embracing our dreams, new life at mid-life will be chosen by the group for each four month segment. This group is open to women of all spiritual paths and traditions.

"COMING ALIVE" RETREATS FO R WOMEN 

Feb. 6-8, 2009:
MAKING THE SPIRITUAL JOURNEY A REALITY IN OUR LIVES

The challenges of life in our times are complex and cannot be denied. Our spiritual life and journeys are not an escape from the world but a means to live more fully from the soul in the MIDST of whatever life brings. This is a weekend to stop and reconnect with a sense of the Sacred. We will explore practices that help to facilitate that connection and the qualities of the soul that result from this, qualities such as inner peace, courage, compassion and gratitude. Share your spiritual journey with like-minded women as we inspire and encourage each other to bring a renewed spirituality into our daily lives.

TIMES: Begins at 7:30 PM on Friday and ends around noon on Sunday
COST: $140 workshop fee
            $120 room and board: includes private room  
             and four meals beginning with breakfast on Sat.
