FEB. 3-5, 2012 “GRATITUDE AS A SPIRITUAL PATH”
All of the spiritual traditions exhort us to cultivate the quality of gratitude. Gratitude IN life and FOR life is the basis for our experience of peace, joy, and contentment. Being in the PRESENT with a grateful heart allows us to live with an attitude of abundance which, in turn, attracts further abundance whether at the spiritual, emotional, mental, or physical levels. This is a weekend to identify and release life-constricting blocks such as habits of complaining and negativity and excuses that keep us small and shift to the life-expanding stances of GRATITUDE, ABUNDANCE, and POSSIBILITIES which open us to the gifts and blessings of life NOW.
All retreats are open to women of all spiritual paths and traditions and are based on a wellness model that integrates mind, body, and spirit. The retreats are experiential in nature and include work with guided imagery, meditation, EMDR and EFT, authentic movement and expressive dance, creative writing, drawing, and group sharing. Optional massage, cranial sacral, and Reconnective Healing sessions are available (additional fee).
